How we started
My name is Marcelo Gonzalez. I met my wife, Martha in a Christian Youth Convention in Arizona. I had came from California, and she was from Texas. When we were going to say our good byes, I told her I was going to fly to Texas. With doubt in her mind, she never expected me to end up in her home town. After 8 beautiful months, we got married and moved to California. During our 6 years of marriage we had been struggling financially. But I always had a bigger vision, to take my family in a better place. I trusted God, that he would make a way. And I had a vision and a dream in my head. But in 1999, it became a reality, my wife feared it wasn’t a good idea and it would not prosper. But my faith was not on man or money, it was on the lord. For the honor and glory of God, we opened our Flooring store, Kaybys Carpet Store. “K” for our daughter Kayla and “B” for other daughter Becky. Our daughters were raised in the business and have worked for the business ever since. Becky was 5 years old and Kayla was 1 years old. Since 1999, God has blessed our store in an incredible and amazing way. We have done jobs all over San Diego county and even outside of California. The majority of our customers are recommended customers. Our goal is to make sure our work and the products we sell will fit the needs of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers happy and present an ethical environment. We have been serving Escondido CA for 24 years and will continue serving until the lord wants us to. God bless!!!
